  I bought a 12v battery and within 2 weeks the message Replace battery came on again. My meter showed about 10v. I took it back and the owner said he would charge the battery for me. When I returned to pick it up I asked to check the voltage on the meter so I can be sure it was 12v. The owner got mad and said he doesn't like to be doubted. He tagged it with the voltage. I told him I just want to see because I already had to take it back once. A tag doesn't tell me what the voltage is reading. He finally did meter it and the battery showed good but it was ridiculous for him to get mad and try to tell me to read the tag and not go by what the meter said. Poor customer service and the prices are high. I should have gone someplace else and will next time. Owner is strange and not customer friendly. He should take a hint and be more friendly like his dog.
