  Initially, I had gone down the road to the mall and searched for a set. Just before we made a purchase, I remembered The Mattress Factory and I am so glad I did. I placed a Queen set on layaway. I was not able to pay it off within 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances. They were amazing. They never hassled me for a payment and kept my layaway active. In fact, when my set was discontinued prior to payoff, they replaced it with the newer set. Delivery was seamless. They delivered within the window, setup the new set, and took their trash with them. Fast forward 8 months later, I noticed the pillow top was separating from the seam and there was about a 3 inch hole. I called, spoke with Eric and then emailed pictures and copy of the receipt. By the end of the day, Eric called back, told me they were replacing it, and my new mattress was delivered the very next delivery day. The staff is professional, caring, and work to make your experience with them top notch. I will always go to The Mattress Factory first.
