  ordered a chocolate fountain 3 weeks prior to my event and they called a day before saying they did not have white chocolate. if they knew they did not sell white chocolate they should have not agreed to our purchase. we payed for the full service in advance and when we called to question why they did not let us know ahead of time she rudely hung up the phone on us. we quickly called other local rental places asking for a white chocolate fountain and told them how urgently we needed it because of what happened with A to Z and the rental places both said that A to Z has been calling THEM also asking if they sold white chocolate. very unprofessional & ruined my event.
